Sunkist Growers’ goal is to inform chefs and restaurant owners of the many places for citrus in their menu – it’s not just a garnish! They provide free tools to raise awareness and consumption of citrus in the FAFH environment. The Asian menuing wheel was designed by GH to feature the array of citrus available from Sunkist Growers. No matter what type of operation, the menuing wheel helps you to offer Asian dishes with a citrus note that patrons love. The lead generating ad and PR campaign resulted in thousands of requests for the recipe wheel.
